  3. We were so very saddened to hear the news of Randy Kinley’s passing on Friday. His passion for tribal treaty rights, for seeing a return of salmon harvests and for ensuring that we succeed in recovering Puget Sound inspired us to keep striving for more. Over the years, he generously shared his time and guidance with us. His straightforward manner and honesty always pushed us to try harder, to see more, hope more, be more. We are forever grateful for the time we had with Randy, and we will miss him keenly. On behalf of the Puget Sound Partnership, my deepest condolences.

  5. Our prayers and thoughts go out to Randy’s family. Randy was as passionate a man as I have known when it came to treaty rights, tribes and their natural resources. He will be missed by many. Rest in peace Randy.
