Merlin N. Solvang, age 84, passed away at home on December 24, 2017 in Ferndale, WA. Merlin was born in Bellingham, WA on June 10, 1933 to parents Borghild Haug and Torkil Bertheus Solvang. 1. I am thankful to the Lord for getting to know Merlin over the last number of years. He was faithfully at church for regular meetings as well as fellowship times through the year. His caring for his wife and concern for others was always evident. I look forward to seeing him again in heaven!
