Obituary

Shirley Anne Frazer went Home on Resurrection Day Sunday, March 31st at age 84. She is survived by sons Jeff (Vanessa) and Gregg (Leanne) Frazer, daughter Robyn (Kevin) Kindlund of Bellingham, and seven grandchildren.

Born August 27, 1928 and raised in Iowa, Shirley was a graduate of Wheaton College, raised three children, and worked for Burns & McDonnell Consulting Engineers in Kansas City, Missouri until her retirement in 1993. She and her husband, Lowell, moved to Bellingham that year. Shirley was a devoted wife of 56 years, a selfless mother, and a loving grandmother. She was a faithful friend, an active church member for more than 50 years, and a prolific reader.

Farewell Tribute Information

A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held Monday, April 8th at Grace Church Bellingham at 10 am. Donations Information

Memorials can be made in her name to The Master’s College, 21726 Placerita Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91321.
