Obituary

Randy Turner, age 62, passed away March 1, 2015 at this home in Everson, WA. He was born on February 28, 1953 to Ernest Turner and Gloria Hunter, in Bellingham, WA.

Randy was a member of the Nooksack Tribe. He graduated from Bellingham High in 1971. Randy worked for WA Fish and Game as a hatchery manager for several years. He also worked at Nooksack Market for over 10 yrs.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents Ernest Turner and Gloria Hunter, grandparents Verle Hunter and Robert Cooper, and uncle Phillip Hunter.

Randy is survived by his children Carla and Gloria Turner, Marcus Morris, and siblings Michael Hunter, Elizabeth and Vicki Turner. Randy also is survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A prayer service will be held on Wednesday March 4th at 6pm, and a funeral service on March 5th at 10am – both services will be at the Nooksack Community Building.
