Obituary

Paul Bernard Davidsen, 96 of Birch Bay WA, passed away peacefully on January 21st, 2023. Paul was the husband of Donna Davidsen, of 42 years. Paul was born in Seattle, WA on June 4, 1926, to Paul V Davidsen and Winnifred Murray Davidsen.

Paul grew up in the Seattle area until he joined the United States Navy and went to serve his country, honorably and nobly during WWII. He then went on to becoming a highly skilled master carpenter.

Paul moved to Birch Bay, WA in the 1960’s where he owned and operated the Palms Tavern for several years. He was a friend to many. Paul returned to his love of building custom homes and specializing in custom cabinetry by starting his own business, Davidsen Custom Contracting. He enjoyed the craft of working with his hands and he took much pride in his work. Paul had a great laugh and smile for all.

Paul is survived by his wife, Donna (Crow) Davidsen of Birch Bay, WA. Son, Patrick (Julie) Davidsen of Yuma, AZ. Daughters; Lynn Horton of Graham, WA and Debra Davidsen (Lee) of Yuma, AZ. Grandchildren; Jennifer, Becky, Lisa, Angela, Amy, Sarah, Nicole & Amanda. 13 Great Grandchildren & 5 GG Grandchildren.

Paul is preceded in death by his father, Paul V Davidsen. Mother, Winifred Murray Davidsen. Daughter, Nancy Davidsen Scott. And Sister, Patricia Davidsen Egan.

A family memorial will be held at a later date.
