Obituary

Louise M. Cole, age 93, passed away on March 19, 2013. Louise was born to Benjamin and Levada (Lumsden) Holsapple in Brainerd MN on December 24, 1919. On May 26, 1938, she married the love of her life, Lloyd Cole. They resided in MN until they moved to Bellingham in 1952, and remained married for 66 years until his passing in September, 2004.
Louise was happiest when feeding people, and was famous for her cinnamon rolls. She was content to stay at home as she loved to cook, watch Mariner games on TV and read her bible. Louise attended church at the Salvation Army, and was retired from the Bellingham School District.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Cole, her daughter Patricia Sperry and 4 siblings.
She is survived by 5 siblings, daughter Karen (Nick) Zourkos, son Rodney Cole, 5 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Farewell Tribute Information

There will be a graveside service and reception on Friday, March 29 at 2:30pm, at Greenacres Memorial Park, 5700 Northwest Dr., Ferndale, WA. Donations Information
