Julie Rae Finkbonner “Tza Ho Leatsa”, age 51, of Bellingham passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018. A prayer service will be held on Thursday, July 5, at 11:00am at Moles Farewell Tributes – Ferndale. A funeral service will be Friday, July 6, at 10:30am at the Wexliem Community Building.

My dearest sister Jules, I hope you know how special you made everyone around you feel. You always made me feel like I was somebody important and I’ve always loved you for that. You loved me without judgement or condition and people like you are hard to come by. I wish I could have hugged you one last time before you were called home, but I know I will see you again one day. Heaven has gained a true angel my beautiful sister. Thank you for accepting me for who I am and for loving me the way you did. You are one in a million and I will cherish the memories I have of the times we spent together. I love you my beautiful sister and I will truly miss you. Julie was a part of my sons reabilatation.She was a huge part of everyone’s life in some sort of way weather it was threw friendship and family events.She will be missed.
