Obituary

Faith Miller was born in Bellingham, Washington, on September 29, 1920. She attended schools in Nooksack and graduated from the high school there.
She was in the Marine Corps and stationed in Hawaii and Washington, D.C. She became a charter member of the Women’s Marines Association.
After leaving Bellingham, she lived and worked in Seattle and then lived in the San Francisco area. She was the office manager at Calendar-Robinson Insurance Company for many years until she retired. After retirement in California, she chose to live first in southern California and then in Arizona and finally in Bellingham. Faith was predeceased by her parents, Nell and Lewis Miller of Nooksack, brother and sister-in-law Kenneth and Kathryn Miller of Thomasville, Georgia, and an infant sister, Beulah; and a niece Sandra Gadwa of Lynden, Washington. She is survived by her nieces, Phyllis Miller Efford and husband Tom of West Jefferson, NC; Beverly Miller Merck and husband Lowry of Waycross, Georgia; great-nieces Kimberly Cooper and husband Emmanuel of Creedmoor, NC; Kelly Sheedy and husband Noah of Telluride, Colorado; and great-nephew Kevin Merck and wife Heather of Alpharetta, GA.
A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 12, at 11:00am at Moles Greenacres, 5700 Northwest Dr., Ferndale.
