Obituary

David Benjamin Rafael Neuroth Miller passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 27 in his home on April 4, 2017. He was born on October 8, 1989 in Arlington, WA, the son of Diane Neuroth of Ferndale, WA and David Miller of Bellingham, WA. He attended Meridian High School, ultimately earning his G.E.D. and also attended BTC.
David Benjamin was the youngest in a family of twin sisters, ten half-sisters and brothers, and two step-siblings. He was a very sweet, kind, loving, and generous young man who dearly loved his family and friends. Growing up he loved skateboarding with friends, and over the last few years had found joy in riding horses with his sister Dianna and helping her with grooming and cleaning saddles. He also cherished his time spent with the family cat, Deezle, who he loved and adored, and the family dog, Abby. He had a real love for all animals. David Benjamin had a green thumb, growing beautiful garden vegetables, flowers, and other plant, as well as a love for baking cookies and treats. Furthermore, he enjoyed making homemade cards for family members that were very thoughtful and loving, spending time outdoors, and spending deeply cherished time with his mom.
David Benjamin was preceded in death by his grandparents George and Patricia Neuroth, Rabbi Rafael Levine and Reeva Levine, Maurice Miller, and step-grandparents Fred and Clara Wigren.
David Benjamin is survived by his mother Diane Neuroth of Ferndale, WA, his father David Miller Pharm. D (Nancy) of Bellingham, WA; Siblings, Reuben Ferguson, Nathaniel Ferguson, Rebecca Ferguson, JoAnna Ferguson, all of Ferndale, WA, Dianna Miller of Bellingham, WA, Davida Leland (Jeremiah) of Lynden, WA, Rana Miller, Pamela Miller, Shushana Nenni (Dan), Mia Miller, Elisa Miller, and Jeremy Miller all of California; and step-siblings Jennifer Gay (Tom Nelson) of Richmond Virginia, and Jeremy Gay (Tamera) of Bellingham, WA. He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews, and countless aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There is an emptiness now in our lives that cannot be filled by anyone else and he will be missed so dearly. Our hearts are filled with much grief and sorrow with the loss of our son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend to many.

I got the chance to reconnect with him about a year and a half ago at a group councling meeting for controling your emotions and helping your overall look on life. I got to know Ben again for those next three months once a week and he helped me through some really tough moments of depression.
