Obituary
Dale A. Schmidt was born 07-22-1952 in Missoula, Montana and died as a result of an auto accident on 11-08-2015. He attended primary grades in Auburn, WA and returned to Montana to finish high school, where he graduated. Dale was a fan of the Montana Grizzlies, and took some classes at the University of Montana, studying music. Dale lived and worked in Seattle until 2008, when he moved to Bellingham. Dale was a talented song-writer, vocalist, published musician and lyricist who played guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele and the trumpet. Dale taught at Mojo music, and worked at Premier Graphics in Bellingham, and was also self-employed in writing, web content and medical coding.
He is survived by his son Anthony Schmidt, daughter-in-law Lauren, brother Delmar, and the woman he loved and called his wife, Terri Temple.

Dale had a wonderful gift. We only worked on a couple of songs together and sang at church but he was a very gifted musician. I’m going to miss him and his talent greatly.
