Obituary

We celebrate the life of Carol G Mobley who skated out of our lives on February 14, 2016.
Born Carol Gail Morrison in Vancouver B.C. Canada. She was married to Charles O’Donnell in 1958
and they had two children – her pride and joy.
Carol loved figure roller skating and competed nationally into her late 40s.
She had a remarkable sense of humor, always laughing and she never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mina and Alex Shand, father Roland Morrison, brother Bill Morrison and second husband Ray Kennedy.
She is survived by sisters Diane, Rose and Donna and brothers Ted and Rollie; daughter Kathy, son John and grandchildren
Kyle, Daniel, Gabriel, Clayton and Elizabeth.
There will be a Celebration of Life in Birch Bay in March. Details will follow on her obituary at wordpress-271002-1416095.cloudwaysapps.com.

    I am so sorry that my sister left us,she is in piece and not suffering anymore. I talked to her just before we went to Mexico.She called me a bitch for going and that I would not take her.That was her favorite saying to me.Ha Ha I loved it.
    Kathy and John I am sorry for your loss I know how hard it is to loss a mother.

Words. alone can’t express the feeling’s we have for you all, at this very sad time.Losing a Mother,Grandmother and friend .   4. Kathy & John, I am still very sadden by the death of your Mom. Ever since 1967 when we met, I have always had a close bond to her & she was like a second Mom to me. After reading all the messages sent to both of you, she was like a mother to so many people. She will be missed by so many. I hope she is at peace now & not in any more pain,
    from all her previous issues she had to endure. I know we all have lots of wonderful memories of her & this will help you both carry on each day without her.
    My deepest condolences to both of you & you are in my thoughts.
