I was fortunate to have had Barbara Charles as a student in Sixth Grade. She was one of my best students and I remember even today her Perfect penmanship and Art Work. Every time she turned in assignment they were always perfect! I am sorry I cannot attend her services, but she is in my prayers. I can’t remember how many of her children I had in my class, but it was always very special to have Student Conferences with her. We’d spend some time on her child, but got side-tracked to talking about what we remembered about her Sixth Grade Year. Barbara you were the very best and always looked after others first…I was also fortunate to have had her brother Amos in my student-teaching class in September of 1967. We would meet at times at Valley Drug and I wished him God speed at his funeral. Barbara, you and Amos were the Best and I’ll remember you always! Mike Johnson, Harmony Elementary 1967-2007
