I’m very sorry for your loss. As one of Travis’ teachers at Custer, I still see him as 11-12 years old in my mind. He will be missed.

  3. I am are deeply sorry to hear about the death of Travis. I have not seen Travis since high school. Often, I would see Travis at high school parties, as we had mutual friends. As a teenager I was very shy and very quiet. At these parties I was usually in the corner sitting by myself, too socially awkward to join in the conversation. Travis would always come talk to me one on one and make me feel included. That kind of empathy was unusual for a high school kid. Even though we were not close friends I really appreciated his kindness. From what I know about Travis now, he grew up to be a kind, wonderful person with a lot of friends and family that loved him dearly. A bright, young life was taken too early. The family and friends of Travis are in my thoughts.
