Obituary

Norma Gail Fisher-Sweet, resident of Ferndale, WA, passed away in Alderwood Park Nursing Home on Sat. Apr. 3, 2021.

Norma was the daughter of Kenneth and Myrtle Sweet and was born on Sept. 7, 1939 in Bellingham, WA. Norma attended Marietta High School and graduated from Bellingham High School.

Norma then moved to San Diego, CA, where she met her husband Robert G. Fisher Jr. Norma and Robert then moved to Indiana where they had their son, Robert G. Fisher III. Norma worked at ISU credit union for 12 years. Robert and Norma then moved back to Ferndale, where she worked for ICU Credit Union for 26 years and then retired.

Norma is preceded in death by parents Kenneth and Myrtle Sweet, sister Dorothy Turner, and brothers Lyle and Wayne Sweet. She is survived by son Robert G. Fisher III and sisters Sharon (Lad) Harvey and Alice Fretwell.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
