Obituary

Jimmy Jim Dean Croy a lifelong Bellingham resident passed away August 6th, 2013. He graduated from Bellingham High School and spent the last 30 years as an Inside Sales Representative.

He loved to take rides in the Corvette, go camping with family and friends, golf, watch sports, spend time with family, friends and his grandkids. Those who knew him also knew that one of his favorite loves was his Beer.

Jim will be missed sitting on the corner of the football, baseball, or soccer fields, basketball court, and wrestling tournaments where he was always supporting and encouraging his two grandsons or his granddaughter at their various sporting events.
He was an amazing man, with a caring nature, that every one loved. The Lord gained an incredible spirit.

Jim and Lisa were like an extra set of parents for me growing up with my good friend Skyler.
Although I hadn’t seen him in a few years, my father would always tell me when he saw him cruising around in his Vet with that big smile on his face.

Thanks for all the camping trips, life lessons and inspiration while putting up with our shenanigans. I’ll always remember your laugh. Take care buddy!

  2. Walt Johnson says:

I met Jim while I was working in purchasing at G.P. and Jim at Famlilian N.W. We became instant friends. He was as good as it gets, always a friend to everyone he met. You could not help but have a better day when Jim was in it. May he rest in peace, he will be missed by more than you can imagine.

Lisa and family, I am so sorry for your loss of Jim. The few times I met him I felt like he was just like an old friend from the neighborhood. Lisa, I wish you all the best. Steve

  4. We will keep everyone in our prayers. So sorry for the loss of Jimmy.

  5. God surely threw away the mold when He made Jim. Jim at times seemed bigger than life itself. He was caring, opinionated, helpful, loud and he always seemed to know what was right. Thank you Jim for giving me a ride in your new vette, I know how much that car meant to you. And oh yes, Duana loved your big bear hugs. Our prayers are with Lisa and the entire family. Happy Trails my Good Friend, Jerry and Duana
