Obituary

Georgia Bien-Vermeulen passed away peacefully at home on June 3, 2021, with her husband by her side.

She was born August 30, 1949 in Bellingham, WA to Casey and Jerry Vermeulen. After graduating from Western Washington University, she spent the majority of her life living and working throughout the U.S. Her greatest passion in life was playing the piano and organ for the enjoyment of others.

Georgia is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Mark Vermeulen, and nephew Jamie Vermeulen. She is survived by her husband David Bien, brother Jay (Stacey) Vermeulen, niece Rocki Vermeulen-Low, and nephew Toby Vermeulen.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Moles Farewell Tributes – 2465 Lakeway Dr. Bellingham, WA 98229.
