    Dear Tony, and Family,
I was shocked and very sadden to hear that Alice had passed away, then very angry that I had no idea that she was ill. She was so giving and such a big heart, that I am sure she did not want anyone to fuss over her. But I would have. What a wonderful person, who she was for the community, for Whatcom Women in Business, working hard to run a business and doing it with grace. May god embrace her for us, and find comfort in our hearts with this big loss. On behalf of WWIB, thank you Alice for being president, being a leader and being such a sweetie. May god bless you.
