Obituary

Randall Michael Wilson Sr., age 71, of Bellingham, passed away on July 13, 202. Randy was born in Bellingham, Washington He graduated from high school n Seattle in May of 1969 and earned his AA degree in Fish Husbandry in Bellingham. Randy was always there for family no matter the situation. He was fearless, a jokester, quick witted, indigenous food gatherer, and “Dabomb”. He was always sharing what he had for dinner with everyone through text and saying, “yum yum yummy” and “it’s dabomb”.

Randy loved logging, hunting, fishing, clam digging, gumboot picking, camping, and going to the casino.

He followed Diane to Kake, AK from Bellingham and when he arrived a local “Ma Bell” told Diane there is a man with white bell bottoms with gold pleats looking for you. He introduced bell bottoms to Kake people. Randy married Diane Kadake on April 9, 1971, in Petersburg, AK.

He is survived by his wife Diane Wilson; brother Robin Wilson; sisters Michele Bill and Lorna Phair; daughters Lavonne Alsup and Roxanne Wilson; son Randall Wilson Jr. 6 grandchildren; 3 granddogs; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Michael L. Wilson and Viola “Polly” Warbus and sister Carol Greene.

A prayer service will be held on Monday, July 19, at 6:00pm. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 20, at 10:00am. Both services will be held at the Wexliem Community Building.
