Obituary

May Dean Elliott passed away peacefully in Bellingham, WA, on Sunday morning June 3rd. She was 94 and the last surviving sibling of ten. She was born in Goldsboro, Texas on 4/2/1924, and lived most of her life in Colorado City, Texas.

May, fondly known as “Deanie”, has been living in Bellingham since her husband Wesley passed 8 years ago. Deanie’s smile, southern drawl, kindness, and wonderful sense of humor endeared her to all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was buried at an informal memorial service, next to her husband in Westbrook, Texas, on Thursday, June 7th

    Worked with Deanie at Lone Wolf Electric. I just loved her outlook on life. She was always smiling and had a kind way of picking you up if you were down.

    I was Blessed by knowing her.

  2. Deanie and Wesley Elliott were two of the nicest couples that I have had the pleasure of knowing ! They were admired by all those they knew . Their Christian walk kept them together and close in all the things they did for others . I am glad I got to know both of them ! Larry & Jeanna Blassingame
