  1. Dear David and Family,
Our hearts were saddened to hear of your Mother’s going to be with the Lord–sad for your loss, but definitely not sad for Peggy. She is with the Lord she loved and served for so many years. Your parents were friends with Lonnie’s parents, as you probably remember, and supported the work in Japan, and then later after the folks retired, our work. Your Mother supported us in Israel, too–and for that we will always be grateful.

We look forward to the day we will meet again…

May the Lord comfort your hearts with many good memories,
    Coral & Lonnie

  2. Our hearts are so sad to lose Peggy–she was a wonderful woman of God, and a great friend to not only us, but also Lonnie’s parents, Ray and Mattie Mings. She and her husband also, exchanged beautiful stamps with Mattie, especially, over the years. She was a faithful supporter of ours for many years, and loved Israel. We intend to plant a tree–hopefully an olive tree–for her in Israel, as soon as we can.
We pray that the Lord will comfort your hearts in this loss, but our loss is heaven’s gain, and we know that your beloved mother is rejoicing with her Savior now, free from pain, and perfectly well. We will meet again…

David… so sorry to see Peggy has passed. What a long and wonderful life. Would be there today but have Dr. appt. Notice Alvin has been moved. Used to visit him at Enterprise. Bob

  4. Dave, We are sorry to read of your moms passing. We want to send our condolences to you, and to all of your moms loved ones. There were many years of Bellingham High Raider Boys Basketball games that came to mind when we read this. Those were great, fun times going to games and passing the time during the winters and seeing you and your mom there, too! YES! We were all loyal FANS!!
Thinking of you, and sending love to all.

  5. The Weavers says:

We are so very sorry for your loss! We pray that “the Father of tender mercies, and the God of all comfort” will give you peace of mind and comfort in your hearts. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4) We are grateful that our loving God looks forward, as much as we do, to reuniting us with our loved ones. (Job 14:14, 15)
