Very difficult company to work with. I tried to place an order online; would not allow me to enter payment details. I called the next day; the gentleman that answered was very nice but had a hard time understanding that I was trying to order something to be sent directly to the recipient’s home, not to a funeral home. Thought everything was taken care of, but got an email saying what I had ordered was not in stock; two hours later, got an email saying the order had shipped. I had to call again; again, the lady that answered was very nice but didn’t know why an alternate version of what I had ordered was shipped without my consent. Now, messages coming to me are addressed to the recipient of the gift instead of to me, the person who ordered it. I truly hope my gift is delivered to the correct person, but I don’t have much confidence at this point.

This plush blanket and poem are so meaningful to the family they are being sent to. It's something they can display or use lovingly for years to come. Something that will last, as long as their dear memories will. The plush blanket is beautifully monogrammed...and matches the poem.
