Obituary

Warren was born to Frank and Vivian Dale in Hagerstown, Indiana.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Sharon; sons, William (Judy) and John; daughter, Patty; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and sisters, Shirley Moyser and Lona Cromis.
Warren and Sharon owned and operated Warnies Restaurant in Sumas starting in 1984. He delighted in spending time with children and sharing his artistic abilities. He loved spending time outdoors fishing and camping. He was fun loving and enjoyed making people laugh.
The family would like to thank Pastor Mark VanDyke, the staff at Peace Health Cancer Center, and Whatcom Hospice for their kindness and prayers during the last days of Warren’s life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Whatcom Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 28 at 11AM at Sumas Christian Reformed Church (700 Sumas Ave).

  3. So sad to see that he passed. Always such joy seeing him at the restaurant, he was always uncle Warnnie. He was always friendly and have a smile for you. He seemed to get a kick out of us who called him uncle Warnnie cause we weren’t related. Our condolences to his family and friends.

  5. One of my favorite memories was playing pachinko with Uncle Warnie, and all those little balls going everywhere. The family and I will miss you so much
