  2. Grandpa was a great man. He always had a great smile on his face. I am thankful for all the wonderful memories I have of fishing up at Silver Lake and walks we got to share. So blessed to have an awesome grandfather! Love you always. Harika

  3. It has been our privilege to know Walt and Darlene for a number of years. Walt’s quick wit and ready smile were his trademarks. He was never without a story or two – and such a polite, wonderful man. Darlene has been a source of never ending love and care for Walt. Without her support and that of their children, Walt’s quality of life would have been greatly diminished. We look forward to seeing Walt again, “When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be. When we all see Jesus, we’ll sing and shout the victory.” Our love and prayers, Kathleen and Richard

  4. So sorry, Darlene and family. Didn’t know Walt well in school, but sure enjoyed his jokes and sense of humor at our class breakfasts. Hugs and warm thoughts. Love, Gayle
