Victoria Jean Julius, age 69, of Bellingham, passed away on April 14, 2018. Victoria was born on July 28, 1948 in Bellingham, Washington to Haynes and Vela (Jefferson) Julius. A prayer service will be held on Wednesday, April 18, at 6:00pm. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 19, at 10:30am.
