Obituary

Tom Jones, age 71, passed away in Bellingham, WA on December 25, 2018. Tom was born to Kenneth & Jeannette Jones on May 17, 1947 in Grants Pass, Oregon and was raised in Myrtle Creek, Oregon. He graduated from Myrtle Creek High School in 1965. After high school Tom served in the US Navy from 1965-1970 and in the US Army from 1971-1974. After his honorable discharge from the Army, Tom worked a number of odd jobs as he bounced around the country. In the early 80’s he settled back in the Pacific Northwest where he worked in management roles for a variety of companies in Oregon and Washington as he raised his family.

Tom was a caring, loving and dependable man. He was hard working, funny, personable, and generous. On road trips, fishing, camping, spending time at the shooting range, watching John Wayne Westerns and rooting for the Oregon Ducks, Tom instilled these same characteristics in his three children Stacey, Melissa, and Casey. And his advice, it was always spot on. Stacey and Melissa both cherish the memory of their father daughter dances at their weddings. Tom will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his sister Sharon Nelson, daughters Stacey (Tony) Sova & Melissa (Kenny) Combs, son Casey (Chandra) Jones, 3 grandchildren with 1 on the way, and 2 nieces/nephews.

We will celebrate Tom’s life on Tuesday January 8, 2019, 2:00 at Semiahmoo Resort.

By going over these plays regularly, you’ll be able to figure out what works during game play and that’s going to help you to win.

  3. Vegus says:

All the practice drills in the world won’t help your game if you lack the physical endurance to play the entire match.
