Obituary

Sheila was born at 1:32 am on January 29, 1989, followed by her twin sister Vivian at 1:56 am. Sheila was a loving, happy, beautiful, vivacious lady. We will miss her and will always love her.

Sheila loved dogs, she begged for her own dog, but could not own one until we bought a house. THE DAY we moved into our house in Birch Bay she started searching for her own dog. Bandit came to live with us on December 6, 1999. He continues to live with us and will miss her as much as we do.

Sheila also helped raise guide dogs. I think we had 20 or more different dogs in our home over her high school years, each with a story of their own. Sheila poured her love into each dog and the dog was better for Sheilas love.

Sheila went to Blaine schools through her sophomore year and graduated from Ferndale High School. She was working on a bachelors degree in criminal justice at Charter College.

Sheila and Vivian were not only womb-mates, they were soul mates. Often they would think the same thought and had made plans to travel together and solve the worlds crimes together. Where you found one, the other was not far away. They both worked at WalMart for a while, then about two years ago, Sheila moved to Lowes, working in the paint department.

We will desperately miss Sheila’s smile, laugh, energy and can-do attitude. Sheila was always good for a big bear hug and an I love ya. She was passionate about everything and did nothing at less than 100%.

We have this page on the Moles website for everyone to share their favorite Sheila memory. We look forward to reading every one of your thoughts, memories and prayers. Thank you for the role that you had in Sheila’s life.

  4. Dear Sherman Family, Please accept my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your loved one Sheila. Death at any age is tragic, but especially when one is so young. May you find comfort, as I have found, in the loving promise of our Heavenly Father to reunite us with our dead loved ones by means of a resurrection on a paradise earth filled with peace, happiness, and perfect health for everyone in the very near future. (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:11,29,34; Isaiah 33:24) May these precious promises from God’s Word the Bible bring you a measure of comfort during this difficult time. My deepest sympathy to you.
