Sean Daniel Christopher Lloyd Roberts, age 29, of Everson, passed away on March 15, 2021. He was born in Bellingham, WA to Daniel Bargas and Virginia “Jenny” Roberts. Sean graduated from Mount Baker High School and was working at the Bourbon Bar and Grill in Everson as a prep chef.
Sean was a talented artist who did cedar work, weaving, carving, crocheting, beading, and pyrography on woodwork. He also enjoyed gardening, cooking, fishing, camping, taking nature walks, agate collecting, and driving grandma and grandpa to Bingo. He loved to harvest seasonal berries, hazelnuts for his grandpa, cat tails, and fiddleheads.
Most of all Sean was one of the greatest uncles who loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Sean is survived by mother Jenny Roberts (Tristan Moran); father Daniel Bargas; sisters Stephanie Roberts-Cultee (Charles Cultee), Kellie Roberts (Hunter Mata); grandmother Arlene Roberts; grandfather Peter Bargas; nephews Josiah Mata, Xavier Roberts, Marcus Peterson, Benny Cueva and Keegan Cueva; nieces Carter Mata, Noelani Cultee, Zoey Cultee, Capri Cultee, and Kailee Jo Roberts; numerous aunties, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandpa Ron Roberts; grandma Darlene Roberts-Aldoph; great-grandpa George Roberts; uncles Peter Bargas, Richard “Chief” Villa, Lolo, and Christopher.
He had a dog child “Grandma” who he left for us to remember him by. A prayer service will be held at 6:00pm on Friday, March 19, at The Nooksack River Outreach Church, 6605 Mission Road. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 20, at 10:00am at the church also. Burial will follow at Goshen Cemetery.
