Obituary

Ronald John Lee was born on February 28, 1939 in Martinez, CA to Larry and Rose (Chamberlain) Lee. After his graduation from Bellingham High School in 1957, Ron joined the US Navy from which he was honorably discharged after his service. He married Sue Kendall in September of 1979.

He joined and was baptized at the Community Baptist Church in Bellingham and retired from Intalco after many years. Some of his favorite pastimes were golfing and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family was so important to him and always came first in his life. Ron had an upbeat personality, was always happy, and was able to make people feel good about themselves. We will all remember his warm laugh and smile.

Survivors include his sister Madelyn Lee, brother Larry (Sue) Lee, daughter Brenda Lee, sons Brian (Rachel) Lee, John (Misti) Lee, and Ronnie Lee, step-son Eddie Spear, step-daughter Carol (Mark) Wilson, twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one niece, and one nephew.

He is predeceased by his parents, Larry and Rose.

At this time, Ron’s family has chosen not to have a memorial service.
