Robin Christopher James, age 32, of Bellingham, WA, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016. A prayer service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 6pm, and a funeral service on Friday, July 8, 2016 at 10am. Both services will be at the Wexliem Community Building.
