Obituary
It is with great sadness in our hearts that we share that Richard F. Hallmark, beloved husband, awesome dad, incredible & cherished grandpa, and friend to all who met him, lost his brave battle with cancer & passed away peacefully at home on September 18th, 2023. He was born in Bellingham, WA on August 20th, 1949.
Richard’s love for his wife, his family, and friends, and his faith in the Lord were foremost in his life, and he was a true inspiration and example to all.
Richard is survived by his loving wife Pam, daughters Stephanie Olson (Chris) and Tammy Johnson; son Todd Northey (Jessica); 10 grandchildren: Tyler Olson (Samantha), Kyle Olson (Mickey), Chase Fouse (Destiny), Lexi Fouse (Brad Bacon), Jon & Cheyenne Olson, Tritney Northey, Taylor Jamison (Justin Sharber), Jasmine Northey (Josh Garris) & Will Northey; brother Gary Hallmark (Dee); sisters Janet Bache, Leona Robertson, Darlene Hallmark and Jody Sundseth; 11 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leo & Phyllis Hallmark and brothers Bob & Milo Hallmark; sister Beverly McKissick; nephews Adam Hallmark & Kevin Regidor, nieces Serena Jo Hallmark & Laura K. Hadley.

A private graveside service will be held.
The family wishes to extend a heartful and sincere thank you to Cascade Brain & Spine Center, PeaceHealth Cancer Center & Whatcom Hospice for all the love and support shown to them during this difficult time.
The family wishes memorial contributions be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 858 W. Smith Rd, Bellingham WA 98226

Our hearts have been broken, your leaving has left an empty spot. We know you are now out of pain & in a beautiful place & that is comforting. We love you & know you are watching over all your loved ones. You will not be forgotten. RIP Uncle Richard.
