Rich met Cindi through her cousin in 1966 and on April 8, 1967 they were married.

Rich worked for Imhoff’s Feed from 1966 until October 1969, when he went to work for Intalco. He was always a hard worker. On his days off he enjoyed maintaining his garden of flowers and vegetables.

Rich’s favorite holiday was the Christmas season. He loved to decorate the yard and house and keep them up well past January. 1. Dear Cindi, Chris, Vicki, & families, Cindi & Rich. I can’t really think of one without the other. You go together like peanut butter and jelly. It feels like Rich has always been a part of the family. I have so many great memories, starting with the wedding. It’s a little girl’s dream to be included as part of something so special. Then to watch the relationship continue this long with such love & support- what a great testimony of love & committment! I always enjoyed visiting at your house, Rich’s hospitality and conversation, seeing the beautiful yard and projects he did for you. He demonstrated such love so graciously and generously. I also appreciate the effort he made to stay connected to us as extended family at reunions or when I would come home to visit, as well. ( A little sidelight memory is the roll of aluminum foil from Rich’s workplace that you gave us as a wedding gift. It lasted years and years and was the best foil I’ve ever had. It’s funny how I still think of him when I pull foil out of the drawer! ) He will be greatly missed, but we look forward to being reunited again someday soon in Heaven! Know that we love you and are praying for you as you go through the grieving process and transition to a new phase of life. May God give you strength, comfort, and peace now and in the days & months ahead. Love you all, Beth & Randy

  2. To the family of Rich Robbins, I am truly sorry for your loss. I worked with Rich for over 20 plus years in the casthouse, quite a bit on shift one. Rich was a Gentleman, very hard working, always ready to help out, never a complaint and a joy to be around, He will be missed.
