Obituary

Richard A Highley, 79, passed away May 1, 2015 in Bellingham, WA.
He was born February 27, 1936 in Independence, Missouri
Richard  spent 8 years in the Navy. He married Virginia R. Grace in Custer, Washington June 21, 1991.
Richard worked at Alcoa Plant in Ferndale, WA for 34 years.
Richard  loved walking around his neighborhood visiting and talking with his neighbors. He enjoyed going to church at Forth Corner Community Church before he got sick.
Richard is survived by his wife Virginia Highley of Bellingham, step-daughter Connie Gray of Bellingham, and his sister and niece and nephew in Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his brother John Highley (2014).
There will be no service per Richard’s request.
