Obituary

Rhonda lost her battle with cancer on December 29, 2019. She was born on June 3, 1960 in Bellingham, Washington to James Scarborough Sr. and Annette Sanchez. Rhonda never had children of her own, but she treated all her nieces and nephews as her own. She would baby sit them any chance she could. Her hobby was beading mostly Native American art. Rhonda loved traveling, powwows, native gatherings, the beach and beach combing. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Ike and Harold; sisters Shawneen and Clarinda and nieces Crystal and Whitney. She is survived by her brothers James Scarborough Jr., Steve Scarborough and Frank Solomon; sisters Celeste Jefferson, Kim Scarborough, Laurinda Scarborough,  Elaina “Angel” Scarborough, Gloria Scarborough, Ciara Montoya and Darrylena Scarborough and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all. A prayer service will be Thursday, January 2, at 6:00pm. Funeral services will be Friday, January 3, at 10:0am.
