Obituary

Bellingham, WA

Born June 15, 1949, Randy moved from his earthly home to his Heavenly home on Wed., Dec. 25, 2013, just in time to celebrate his Saviors birth in person. What a glorious celebration indeed.

Randy was a local who grew up mostly in Bellingham, with a few years of his early childhood in California. As a young man, Randy served active duty in the Air Force, followed by several years in the Reserves and was proud to have been available to protect his country. Military training provided him with the career he followed as an electrician and then electrical sales, retiring in 2011 from All-Phase Electrical Supply in Burlington.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents Marjorie and Martin Locke, and is survived by his wife Lola, children, grandchildren, brother Terry (Susan) Locke and sister Patti Locke. He was proud of all of his children: Tammy Frew, Angela and Bill Dorn, Martin Locke, Robert Locke, and his grandchildren: Hutcheson Frew, Hunter Frew, Bailey Frew, Aiden Locke, Trinity Locke, Sophia Lonergan, Dominic Starkovich, and excited for the newest grandbaby Dorn to come.

He considered himself a blessed and wealthy man because of the love of his family and friends.

  1. Heartfelt Condolences for the Locke Family.
Dear Lola, Please accept our sincerest sympathies it the loss of Randy. We enjoyed our brief time together with Randy and your grandson Aiden in various Cub Scout Pack 26 Outings, Community Projects and Events which helped the lives of so many. Randy’s infectious laugh and always lending a hand to those unknown, Randy led a Live which is the epitome for all of us to follow.

Our Dear Lord called randy home early to ensure Heaven has enough lighting and heat.

Please accept our Prayers for Comfort and Peace.

Sincerely, Paul, Sherry and the Boys
