Phillip L. LaClair, age 56, of Bellingham, WA, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. A prayer service will be held on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 6pm, and a funeral service on Saturday, October, 8, 2016 at 10am. Both services will be at the Wexliem Community Building – Lummi Nation.
