Obituary
Bellingham, WA
Peggy S. Moore, age 87, passed away on July 12, 2014. She was born to Grace (Shields) and Bert Sorensen. Peggy graduated from Bellingham High School in 1944 and from the University of Washington in 1949 in her chosen field as a dietitian. She had a long career as a dietitian working for many hospitals, nursing homes, and elder care facilities. Peggy married Bill Moore in 1949. They had two children, son Dan and daughter Rosemary, six grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her daughter Rosemary Moore-Rinehart, and brother Roger Sorensen.
Farewell Tribute Information
A memorial service will be held for Peggy on Friday July 25, 11:30 AM at Birchwood Presbyterian, 400 Meadowbrook Ct. in Bellingham.

God Bless you Bill and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Peggy was a very special lady. Everytime I ever saw her she was always smiling! Visiting her in the hospital once even then she was smiling. She will truley be missed by us. She had a kind and gentle spirit. May she rest in peace. The last plant that she gave me just recently is now named Peggy. We loved her.
