Patti is survived by her Husband Charles Washington Jr.; Mother Kimberly Miller; brothers and sisters: Douglas Smith (Lori), Kris Miller (Sammy), Adam Visser (Stacy), Lucille Austin (Matthew), Marie Bryant (Michael), and Vivian Decoteau (Thomas); and numerous nieces and nephews.  She is predeceased by her Mothers Leona Miller (Mom) and Thelma Lawrence (biological mother); father Patrick Ward; Uncle Bruce Miller; and Cousin Vanna Francis.

A funeral procession will be leaving Moles Farewell Tributes – 2039 Main Street, Ferndale on Tuesday, April 23rd at 1:45 to Wexliem, with a Celebration of Life at 6:00pm at Wexliem.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at Wexliem at 10:00 am.
