  1. To the Breece family, I am sorry to hear of the loss of your mom. Mary Lu was a patient of mine over 10 years ago when I was in dental school at Ohio State. She was such a warm and caring person. We had a lot of fun during our long appointments in clinic! I still think of her often. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Heather Appel

  5. Sue Karam says:

Mary Lu was among the first people my husband and I met about two years ago after moving from Ohio to Bellingham WA. Together, Mary Lu and I followed the ups and downs of Ohio State football. Recently, she told me a bit about growing up on a farm in Ohio. Mary Lu was filled with enthusiasm! She always had a warm, hearty, sincere greeting. When we hugged, I knew that she meant it! Mary Lu loved to play golf and she very much enjoyed the fresh, wild blackberries that her daughter Lora picked for her. Mary Lu was the most unabashedly and sincerely enthusiastic person I have ever met. I treasure her for that. I miss Mary Lu, but I will never forget her.
