Obituary
Born to Jackson and Orletta in Bellingham, WA. Retired from the Bellingham Post Office and then worked at Browns Beauty Supply as the “Shaver Doctor.” “Rob” served in the Navy, aboard the USS Fecteler, during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his brother John, and his son Jeff. He is survived by his wife Leona, daughters Bonnie (Dana) Briley, Jody Sundseth, and son Tom (Karen) Ekdahl, 8 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held May 4th, 2019, 2:00 PM at Alger Community CRC, 1475 Silver Run Lane, Bellingham, WA. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alger Food Bank at the above address.

Deepest condolences to the family . We remembered the wonderful stay when traveling to Alaska during our military life. We love everyone and our prayers are with your family and lots of hugs too. Jody Sundseth, love you very much our dearest friend and this saddens our hearts with this great loss of your family.

My deep sympathy to you, Leona and to your entire family! Marv (Rob) was a wonderful man!! Truly he was. He was generous with his time and talents with the ALTA theatre, too. We have a number of furniture pieces just the right, small size to fit our stage, thanks to Rob’s carpenter skills. He was a giving and loving man! He will be missed!!

Sorry about your loss. We just found out about his passing. He was a sweetheart and am sure sorely missed. He was a good neighbor, a kind man, and we have very fond memories of him. Our sympathy to you and yours.
