Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Maria Bergley announces her passing after a hard-fought battle with metastatic breast cancer, on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the young age of 53, surrounded by her loved ones.
Maria will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend of 38 years, Wade, and her precious sons, William (Katie), and James (Emily). Maria will also be forever remembered by her three grandchildren, Katherine, Maria, and Marcus, and her siblings, Frank Tistle and Sherri Casarez. Maria was predeceased by her father, William Tistle, and her mother, Mary Bergley. Maria will be remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and dear friends.
Maria loved her family with a passion. She loved the Lord with all she had. One of Maria’s final requests was to forgo a memorial service. The family asks that you give prayers and grace to one another through these tough times. She lived life to the fullest and touched so many lives. Her favorite bible verse was Psalm 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God” and she trusted that will all her heart.

My Dearest Maria,You are now with the “LORD”, and your loved ones that were waiting for you as you crossed over. You’re without pain now, and happier than ever before. I know how much you will be missed by all your loved ones, but they will realize this was GODS plan for you,and your pain is forever gone. Maria did so much for my son, Ethan. I can’t begin to thank her enough for being there for him and Bethany. She will forever hold a special place in my heart. I never got to meet Maria in person but she still managed to touch my life and make it a better place for me. May she rest in peace. Much love to the Bergley family. You guys are all in my thoughts and prayers.
