  1. We will always remember Margaret for the kindness and care given our father and grandfather in the last weeks of his life

  2. Margaret was one of those people I always liked to see. She has such a lovely and gentle spirit. Doug and I so appreciated the loving care she took of Doug’s father Thea Phillips, another gentle soul. I am sorry for your loss.

  3. Margaret had a way about her, she was funny and sweet, I truly enjoyed her companionship. I am so very sorry for your loss and ever grateful of the time we had to know and love her.

  4. John Sarich says:

Margaret was always a special cousin to our side of the family. I know she was always a favorite of my Mom (Fern) who always talked about her fondly and treasured every visit.
I personally remember her hospitality and graciousness whenever I was able to visit her in the last several years. She would go out of her way to make us feel at home and enjoy ourselves. Her old family stories and pictures were invaluable to all of us in fleshing out the history of our family.

    She will truly be missed.

Gail and Family: Sitting here at home tonight in front of a warm fire I was reading The Tome and just found out about your Mother. I always enjoyed seeing and talking to Margaret. Usually out on the road here on Lummi when walking my dog Maysha. Margaret would stop and we would talk while she kept her eyes on the rear view mirror to make sure no cars were coming. She was a wonderful person and I will miss her frendship and our talks. Although its difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow. In Deepest Sympathy….David Bailey
