Obituary

Lee Allan Solomon was born on January 24, 1982 in Bellingham, WA.

Lee graduated from Ferndale High School in 2000, and went on to work as a commercial fisherman/crabber, a barbeque cook, and a mechanic.

On November 16, 2020, Lee married Velene Candice Charles in Ferndale, WA.

Lee’s friends and family have many fond memories to share. Laura remembers Lee picking her up from work to go on random road trips. Karla recalls when Lee ran home and made her a cutting board for her birthday. Kenzie’s favorite memory of her brother was when he took her to hear her 1st concert, Ice Cube. Jeffery remembers the chaos that followed after he gifted Lee a pig for his birthday. They chased it around the yard, Lee throwing a net not only over the pig, but over Jeffrey as well.

Lee will also be remembered as hardworking, dedicated, and honest. He was creative with his woodwork and beadwork. He always had a smile, took care of his family first, and had a laugh to remember.

Lee is preceded in death by is Great-Grandmother Rose Senior and Great-Grandfather Leiuhm,  Grandma Judith C. Senior Leyva, Siam te Naut, Grandfather Willard William Solomon, Grandmother Barbara Marie Hartman and Grandpa Al Hartman.

Lee is survived by his wife Velene Candice Charles,  Sons Xzavier Joseph Charles and Leiuhm Alexander Thompson Daughters Sey’sey Arrie -ahna Solomon, Jahlissa Anne Marie Solomon, and Everlee Angelene Solomon. Sisters Laura Point (Gabe), Makinzie Point, and Raylene Ballew, Kaylene Jefferies(Anthony), brothers Jeffrey Point JR (Kat), Daniel Point, and Casey Wright, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

    I am saddened by this loss. Lee had such a bright and funny personality. He was always a great cuzzin.
