Obituary

Laticia Angel Eichhorn-Parrott of Ferndale, Washington passed away Friday October 1, 2021.

She was born October 12, 1989, in Bellingham, Washington, to Jose Angel Huante and Tina Renee Parrott.

Laticia, “TiCi” was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly, crazy, and lots of fun.  She had the biggest dimples and the most contagious smile.  The funny faces she made were sure to cheer up the saddest person.  She knew how to make people laugh even at her own expense.

Laticia loved gathering with her family and friends for barbeques, lazy days at the lake, and holidays.  She also loved to decorate her home, listen to music, and watch the Seahawks!  Most of all she loved attending her daughter Anna’s sporting events.  Laticia and her sisters were Anna’s LOUDEST fans!  Anna was the center of her universe.

The relationships she had with her sisters, Danica and Tayla Parrott, were very special.  From steaks at 3:00am to scary clowns knocking at their windows on Halloween night, they shared some very special memories.

Laticia is survived by her daughter Anna Eichhorn; father Jose Angel Huante; Mother Tina Parrott; sisters Danica Parrott and Tayla Parrott; nephews Elijah Parrott and Jeremiah Parrott; niece Aurora Parrott, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Laticia is preceded in death by great-grandparents Fred and Velma Finkbonner; grandmother Theresa Teeter; uncle Tony Parrott; cousin Amanda Parrot; and Aunt Vicki Soul.

Laticia will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A service will be Friday, October 8, at 10:00am at Moles Farewell Tributes Ferndale.
