Obituary
Kreana Lee Jameson died peacefully in the comfort of her home on December 6th, 2016, her 49th birthday. She was surrounded by her loved ones. She fought a lifelong battle with heart disease but ultimately lost a spirited battle with lung cancer.
Kreana was born to Charles and Donna Freeman of Bellingham, WA on December 6th, 1967. Her early years were spent with her older sister Lisa Barnett and younger brother Charles Freeman at the local lakes and parks. She was an active child and woman and enjoyed the outdoors. She was one of those once in a lifetime women whose strength you couldn’t help but envy. Her laugh was contagious and will be remembered in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to hear it. She had a kind and gentle soul which lead her to be loved by so many.
Kreana worked for the City of Rochester, NH for many years where she served in the city clerk’s office. She was proud of her time here and it was one of the greatest periods in her life. She made countless friends who became family to her and her children here. Her greatest achievement was in raising her five children. She was mostly a single mother who worked tirelessly to give them all she could. Her children all demonstrate her strength and resiliency and her spirit shines on through them.
She leaves behind her parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and countless friends. She also leaves behind her five children and five grandchildren; Shylean and Derek Gauvreau of Acton, ME and their four children, Jacob Minge, Matthew Jameson and his daughter, Joshua Jameson, and Joel Ferris all of Bellingham, WA. Kreana was predeceased by her maternal and paternal grandparents, several aunts, uncles & numerous cousins.
She was able to celebrate her life with her friends and family on October 23rd, 2016 in her hometown of Bellingham.

RIP Kreana, I will sure miss you, I’m glad we kept in contact all these years just wish we had spent more time together. I will always remember your voice and your laugh. Life can be too short for some of us, prayers for healing hearts! Miss you my friend…

What beautiful tribute to a beautiful woman. I’ve only had the pleasure of meeting Kreana 2 yrs ago when Chuck came into our lives (my daughters husband). But each meeting was filled with warmth and genuine love. Not once had I heard her complain or feel sorry for herself. She wanted to just enjoy her life and family as best she could.
