Obituary

The world lost a special soul when Kirk T. Gee was called home on January 2nd, 2018. All that he taught us, all those good memories, and his heart will stay with us always. He had a gift for accepting people, which allowed the best side of people to shine. Kirk loved to show off his Dad’s GTO at local car shows. As well, to teach, helping people polish themselves and grow new skills, like boxing, skateboarding, and car restoration. His laugh will be missed, and it was always his endeavor to make others laugh.

Kirk also had a need for speed! From his roots of street racing in San Francisco to the local drag strip on Maui. Kirk was well known as a drag racer and car enthusiast. Cruising in his cars, especially with Tia the dog, was a favorite pastime. Vehicles of all kinds spoke to Kirk, taking time to restore them, and fixing classic cars was a lifelong pursuit.

His passion for helping those in need, will live on in the people who loved him. He leaves behind many loving family and friends, spanning from Whatcom county, San Francisco, Hawaii, Canada, and England. Kirk is survived by his daughters, Kailey and Brittany, his dog Tia, his grandkids Isis, Chewy, and soon-to-be grandson, Kirk T. Gee Jr. on 4/20/2018.

A servive will be held at St Brendan’s Church, 29 Rockaway Ave, San Francisco Ca 94127 at 11:00am on Monday January 22nd, 2018.
