Dear Bartlett Family, My two oldest children, Matthew and Megan Clow, had Kevin as their second grade teacher at Harris School in Bakersfield, CA. I remember him as a kind and dedicated educator. Megan had Kevin the year he began having some difficulties and moved away. We moved to Lynden in 1995. I wish I had known he was in this area; I would have made an effort to contact him. When I saw his obituary in the Bellingham Herald, I was so sorry to hear of his difficulties and death. Please accept our entire family’s condolences for your deep loss. To the loving Mother,Sisters,Family & Friends, may I offer my sympathy in the painful loss of your dear Kevin. Hopefully you will be comforted by these Verses from the Bible: Psalms36:7 “HOW PRECIOUS YOUR LOVING-KINDNESS IS O GOD! AND IN THE SHADOW OF YOUR WINGS THE SONS OF MEN THEMSELVES TAKE REFUGE,FOR WITH YOU IS THE SOURCE OF LIFE”
