Obituary
Kevin John Elgie passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. He was born in Phoenix, AZ to Norman J. and Donna J. (Doolittle) Elgie. He was preceded in death by both parents, a maternal aunt and a maternal uncle. He is survived by his life partner Kenda Bjerkness of Birch Bay; his son Phillip Elgie of San Diego, CA; sister Dee (Rick) Malone of Glendale, AZ, brother Lyman Elgie, also of Glendale, AZ, and sister Karen Germain (Sylvio) Theissen of Germany; 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 3 grandchildren, 2 aunts, 2 uncles and several extended family members.
Kevin lived over 20 years managing his Type 1 Diabetes. Memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 215 W. Pershing Rd. #300, Kansas City, MO 64108.
A memorial service will be held on Friday Nov. 10 at 11:00AM at Moles Farewell Tributes Greenacres, 5700 Northwest Dr., Ferndale WA.

Dear Kenda, We are so sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. We enjoyed our visits with the both of you and I still remember the help he gave me with the bathroom sheet rock. We hope you are looking after yourself and are surrounded by your loved ones..
