Obituary

Joshua’s light came into the world in Pittsburg, CA on November 4th 1990 and left us unexpectedly on July 22nd 2016.
At age 1 he moved to Whatcom County, where he resided for the remainder of his life. As a child, Josh loved music and books, especially Harry Potter; and was known for his compassionate and loving soul.
Joshua graduated from Wellspring High School in 2009. He was very proud of his job at NISH for the past few years. His recent favorite hobby was watching movies.
Working through some very unfair struggles with mental illness, he became an inspiration in perseverance for all who knew and loved him. Joshua loved his family, each and every one, so very much. He was always ready with a hug for anyone, and he was never judgmental. There has never been a truer son, friend, or brother.
Joshua is survived by parents Tracy and Brooke Jillian, Chad Stinnette and Pam Stinnette as well as numerous other relatives.
A celebration of Josh’s life will take place on Monday August 1 at 4 PM at Hillcrest Chapel (1400 Larrabee Ave Bellingham WA 98225).
Afterwards, we will send light and love to Josh with Chinese Lanterns at 9PM from Marine Park in Fairhaven.
