Obituary

Joseph (Joe) Robert Clarke, born July 21, 1962 of Dorchester, SC passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the age of 55. He was the son of the late Roy George Clarke and Mary Ellen Bedford Clarke. In addition, he is survived by his sister Kathleen Susan (Bill) Laughlin of Bellingham, WA; his partner and soulmate Cheryl Connor and their two (canine) children Justin Case and Louie; his Aunt Carol and Uncle Melvin Millar of Franklin, NJ and many cousins.

Joe graduated from Sussex County Vocational School in Sparta, NJ. He was employed by Nelson Printing of Charleston, SC. Joe was loved by many and considered a loyal friend to all. He was a bargain hunter, enjoyed selling at the Ladson Flea Market (SC) and loved camping, kayaking, and being outdoors. He was an avid race fan and frequented many race tracks throughout the years. Joe never met a stranger.

A Celebration of Life was held at Old Fort Baptist Church, Summerville, SC on March 2, 2018.

A Celebration of Life will be held October 20, 2018 at Hamburg Baptist Church, Hamburg, NJ.
