  2. We were just speaking of John today and wondering how he was doing… When I looked on the internet, we found this obituary and are saddened to hear of his passing….
John was a bright light when he came to work with Cam. He was so diligent with his rehab and improved quickly… I was touched deeply the last time that I saw him and he inquired about our tiny little dog L.T. … He said that she was the first little dog that he ever liked, and we laughed about how she courted him…. sitting next to his foot, and placing her paw on it… when he looked at her, she would look away, and he would tell me that “he didn’t really like little dogs… but she was different”…. A few weeks later, she was in his lap, and again he was explaining that “he didn’t really like little dogs, but she was different”…. It had been at least 10 years since I had seen him, and he looked great. He told me that he would never forget L.T. because she was just the coolest little dog….and we will never forget John, because he was such a kind and loving person.

We know that his family must be devastated that he is gone, and oh so grateful for the time that they had with him. We offer our sympathy, and we look forward to seeing him again, in that wonderful place that we will all call home.
